Product Marketing Manager

Tel Aviv, Israel

Upsolver is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the product messaging and positioning. This role will be part of our Marketing team and will work cross functionally with Product, R&D and Sales to ensure we effectively communicate the current and future value of our product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and writing blog posts that provide real value and fresh insights to our target audience.

  • Create campaigns designed to raise awareness of our products, increase adoption, improve conversion rates and drive thought leadership.

  • Conducting analytical assessments to improve blog strategies/tactics and

    monitoring the performance of content across multiple channels.

  • Balancing project deadlines with quality content in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working closely with various stakeholders to produce and/or edit content.

  • Contributing to other content projects such as white papers, ebooks, interactive content, video content, etc. 

  • Bringing innovative ideas to grow blog subscribers, convert more visitors

    into leads, and expand our blog's overall reach.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker. 

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and content creation (brochures, demos, slide decks, videos and running webinars).

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of Upsolver’s various types of content.

  • An analytical thinker who is knowledgeable in HubSpot (advantage) and can use data to optimize a content strategy.

  • Experience in B2B Marketing - a big advantage.

  • Experience in a SaaS company - an advantage.

  • Experience in lead generation and SEO - an advantage.

  • The ability to work well within a team, and give and receive constructive feedback.

Sales Development Representative

Bay Area, CA / New York, NY

We are seeking a talented, super smart, tenacious and highly motivated sales development representative to help us scale the business globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, develop, qualify and set new business opportunities to increase revenue for the sales team.
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure our Sales team is speaking with the right people at the right time.
  • Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, social networking and other creative ways.
  • Build rapport with senior executives at target accounts through a consultative sales approach.
  • Research and prioritize key accounts to find decision makers and bring them to a meeting.
  • Regularly track progress in company CRM.
  • Report sales results and conversion rates on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years prior sales or sales development experience in an enterprise-software company. Experience with data products is a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with inside sales methodologies and selling software over the phone.
  • Run through a brick wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to be in software sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in generating leads at events is a plus.

Senior Solution Architect

Bay Area / New York / Remote, US

Upsolver’s solutions architects drive customer satisfaction with a solution based approach and deep technical expertise in streaming, big data and cloud. The goal is to understand customer use cases and challenges around streaming data and become a trusted valuable advisor. We are looking for a trusted adviser for our customers and prospects and spread the word of how to use Upsolver’s product.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and customers through initial sales meetings, POCs, no-boarding and day-to-day use of the platform.
  • Tailor big data solutions using Upsolver’s product, streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and complementary cloud platforms like Athena, Redshift etc..
  • Address competitive analysis inquiries.
  • Write content for blogs, documentation, videos and any other content that explains how to use the Upsolver platform to solve real-world use cases.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in big data space - mandatory.
  • Deep experience with cloud data services on AWS - mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience addressing customers needs - advantage.
