Advertising Manager

Remote - Tel Aviv

The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on paid media specialist who can lead Upsolver’s digital acquisition efforts across paid search, paid social, display advertising and beyond. The ideal candidate will be analytical, laser-focused and ROI driven, with a willingness to learn, experiment, iterate – and be accountable for the end results. This role is key to Upsolver’s continued growth and a pivotal part of its growing performance marketing team. 

Responsibilities 

  • Launch and manage campaigns across all major digital advertising channels: Facebook, Linkedin, Google Ads, and Twitter
  • Identify new channels, creatives or audiences that can help unlock growth
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for down-the-funnel conversions (MQLs, SQLs) while keeping an eye on costs
  • Help craft ad copy and provide creative direction for ad campaigns
  • Test and measure different creatives and landing pages
  • Play a key part in our demand-gen strategy and give feedback into budget, channels and overall team focus
  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly performance targets
  • Regularly report on results

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in paid media management for B2B SaaS (either agency or in-house)
  • Successful track record with advertising a highly-technical product to engineering decision makers, or proven ability to do so
  • Understanding of the difference between leads and sales opportunities, and knowledge of how to optimize for the latter rather than the former
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, ability to reach and justify decisions through data
  • Experience working with a B2B sales organization over a long sales cycle
  • Excellent working knowledge of advertising platforms and industry best practices
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and what drives buyer behaviour
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team
